- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Describe my experience? Worst nightmare of my 55 years of experience with insurance companies. Shuffled us from one adjustor to the next for six months, and each took their sweet time to respond, citing new requirements in documentation previously unmentioned. They didn't call when scheduled. When I called the office they didn't recognize any of our information and told me we didn't have a policy with them! Finally, six months after my car was burgled, they sent a check for 60% of the loss, due to depreciation....my husband didn't exactly read/understand the whole policy so our bad, but I would never insure with safeco again.
