  The staff is so nice but they just can't figure anything out. No RX is EVER ready whether I wait an hour or a week to go in and get it. I sat on hold today for 37 minutes to ask if my Rx was ready BEFORE I headed there. They said it WAS and low and behold when I got there it was NOT. Happens every. Single. Time. The worst.

  My previous provider had been providing "A" type of release medicine that I have been prescribed. Today, I found out that even though my psychiatrist asked for "A" type of release of the medicine I had been receiving, I have still been receiving type B from this Savon Location. An associate of the Pharmacology approached me and asked which was working better for me since I had tried both, and I let her know. She said that she would let my Psychiatrist know that while the medication that Abertsons Savon Pharmacy had been prescribing was working well for me, it was the wrong medication that should have never been administered as per their guidelines . My medication has been wrongly administered at this location, and I suggest that others seek another pharmacy if they wish to under the guidelines of their medical providers. Other complaints include: A longer than 2 day wait after submitting refill of prescription request
